ConsumeCamden Yards, the iconic red-brick home of the Baltimore Orioles is trading its long-time concession parnter — Delaware North — for Levy Restaurants. Now, before people go into a full-fledge panic, Boog’s Barbecue Pit and Jimmy’s Famous Seafood will remain as staples at the stadium. Levy coducts concession operations at other stadiums, including Nationals Park, FedEx Field and Audi Field in the D.C. area, as well as Leidos Field at Ripken Stadium, where Orioles minor-league affiliate the Aberdeen Ironbirds play. ConsumeThe Toronto Blue Jays announced details on the latest renovation of Rogers Centers with four new areas for both fans and food. The trend toward open social spaces continues across professional sports and this renovation will provide much-needed life in dark reaches under SkyDome’s centerfield hotel. Welcome to Rogers’ Neighborhood The club christened the areas “outfield neighborhoods”. Each section owns a destinct look, feel and menu fans. ConsumeRoberto Clemente continues to deliver mystical impact. It’s really the best way to describe how, 50 years after his tragic and early death, Clemente continues to make an impact on and off the baseball diamond. The Pittsburgh Pirates Hall of Famer was killed in a plane crash on New Year’s Eve in 1972 during an attempt to aid Nicaraguan earthquake victims. Clemente not only served as the first Puerto Rican superstar, but he also created and set the bar for humanitarian efforts. Major League Baseball named its annual humanitarian award after Clemente.
